Norovirüs Enfeksiyonu
Norovirüs, tüm dünyada çocuklarda ve erişkinlerde görülen akut viral gastroenteritin en önemli nedenlerinden biridir. Özellikle kreş, okul ve toplu yaşam alanlarında salgınlara yol açabilir. 5 yaş altı çocuklar daha fazla risk altındadır.
- Belirtiler: Ani kusma, sulu ishal, karın ağrısı, bulantı, hafif ateş
- Kuluçka: 12–48 saat
- Süre: Çoğunlukla 1–3 günde iyileşir
- Tedavi: Oral rehidrasyon (ORS), destek tedavisi; antibiyotik gerekmez
- Korunma: Sabunla el yıkama, hasta izolasyonu, yüzey dezenfeksiyonu

Norovirus Infection
Norovirus is one of the most important causes of acute viral gastroenteritis in children and adults worldwide. It commonly causes outbreaks in daycare centers, schools and communal settings. Children under 5 are at higher risk.
- Symptoms: Sudden vomiting, watery diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, low-grade fever
- Incubation: 12–48 hours
- Duration: Most recover within 1–3 days
- Treatment: Oral rehydration (ORS), supportive care; antibiotics not needed
- Prevention: Handwashing with soap, patient isolation, surface disinfection
